The much anticipated SonyA7sIII camera is about to officially pave its way following tomorrow’s announcement. After the original a7S and follow-up, a7S II set new standards for video in a mirrorless camera, this upcoming product might be totally a hit for motion images.
This new camera might feature a new 12 MP sensor with fast readout and S-Cinetone color science, record FHD 240fps, 4k120fps 10bit 4:2:2. There will be no line skipping or pixel binning, no internal RAW. It will further come with 600 MBPS bitrate Base ISO 160 for S-LOG3 but might not have Dual ISO. Max ISO 409600 (video), 16bit RAW output might be additional features in it.

The video record button is now on the top of the camera, placed behind the shutter button. Whereas, the touch function is available when navigating the menu.
Priced around 4000 Euros, it is already listed in BHphoto and Fotokoch. Following tomorrow’s announcement, the shipment might begin from mid-August onwards.
