Google’s new Pixel 4a launched with a 12MP rear camera


In its recent tweet, Google has finally announced the launching of brand new Pixels 4a today around 8 PM standard time. With an easy-to-hold size of 5.81 inches, it comes with a plastic back and a plastic cover. It features an HDR resolution with 1080 x 2340 pixels of high definition resolution.

Running on Android 10, it is embedded with Qualcomm SDM730 Snapdragon 730 and runs with an octa-core -2×2.2 GHz Kryo 470 Gold & 6×1.8 GHz Kryo 470 Silver CPU alongside an Adreno 618 GPU. However, unlike other smartphones with their extensive improvisation with larger megapixels of camera quality, Google Pixels 4a comes with12.2 MP, f/1.7, 27mm (wide), 1/2.55″, 1.4µm, dual pixel PDAF, OIS of rear camera and a selfie camera comprising of 8MP only.

In this new model, we will also get to find a rear-mounted fingerprint-scanner along with other sensors such as accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and a barometer as well. It will also come with aLi-Po 3140 mAh battery enabling 18Wof faster-charging facility.

With an internal storage of 128GB RAM, the new Pixels 4a will appear only in black colour and is rumoured to be priced at 340 Euro. Though there is no specified date released yet, it might hit the market this mid-August.
