Users can’t access Samsung Music from Android Auto screen

After the flood of complaints on its public forum, Samsung has finally updated its Samsung Music for Android and Android Auto compatibility. Optimized for Samsung Android mobile devices, the Samsung Music app also helped in syncing with Spotify account to provide a music experience ‘that is both powerful and easy to use’.

Though it worked fine with Android 10, users have commented on its distortion when connected with an Android Auto device.

However, with the current update, it finally brings a relief, enabling two options to appear for in-car display and phone screen app. Rolling out on the Google Play store and Samsung Galaxy store, Samsung Music appears with a version number16.2.20.19 and seems to provide expandable menus such as queue, shuffle, and repeat over Android 10 as well.

For those users who had been facing issues till now can quickly resolve it by switching to one’s Android auto device and operating the Samsung Music channel from the bottom-right edge of the screen to enable a driver-friendly interface for controlling music while driving.
