On January 19, 2021; the company launched its Vivo Y20G smartphone in India at INR 14,990. This budget-friendly smartphone comes with the slightest changes over the Vivo Y20, Vivo Y20i, and Vivo Y20A.

Vivo Y20G has a triple rear camera setup and is coupled with MediaTek Helio G80 SoC along with 5000mAh battery capability. With this kind of specifications and features, this smartphone is sure to give tough competition to the available budget phones in the market.

Features and specifications

Y20G has a 6.51-inch HD+ IPS display with a screen resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. The device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 processor and has a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. Vivo Y20G runs on the Android 11 operating system besides having the company’s own FunTouch OS 11.

As for the camera, it has a triple rear camera setup that includes a 13 MP primary lens with f/2.2 aperture, 2 MP bokeh lens, and 2 MP macro shooter with f/2.4 aperture. Vivo Y20G also offers an 8MP camera for stunning selfies. The phone is only available in a 6GB RAM/ 128GB memory variant. One of the best features of the phone is that its processor infuses the HyperEngine Game Technology that speeds up game load time and provides a seamless gaming experience.

Vivo Y20G is available in only one variant – the one with 6GB RAM/ 128GB memory. The smartphone has got two color options including Obsidian Black and Purist Blue. The phone is available for purchasing on Vivo India eStore, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Tatacliq, and across all retail stores.
