Audi E-Tron GT images leaked before Feb 9 debut; resembles ‘Iron Man’ car

Audi E- Tron GT is all set to make its debut on February 9, 2021. Before its release, some official images of the car leaked on the internet. The leaked images are seriously giving the vibe of Tony Stark’s car from the Avengers: Endgame.

In fact, looking at the chic and futuristic design of the car, some of the fans have already found similarities between the Audi E- Tron GT and Tony’s car from Endgame.

Remember Tony Stark’s entry into the Avengers facilities in the Avengers: Endgame movie? Well, after taking a glance at both photos, it somewhat looks similar.

Reports reveal that this concept car was indeed used as Tony’s car in the movie. Even Robert Downey Jr. also arrived at the film’s premiere in a concept Audi E- Tron GT.

The Audi E- Tron GT concept first got revealed at the 2018 Los Angeles Auto Show. Currently, the car is under production at Audi’s Bollinger Hofe facility in Germany. This futuristic car will be revealed on February 9, 2021.

However, a Spanish website Cochespias published several spy photos of the Audi E- Tron GT, revealing its interior and exterior design. The photos reveal the EV having a sleek shape, bold rear haunches, and a distinctive front wheel-arch vent.

Up at the front, Audi E- Tron GT has body-colored solid black finishes. Along with them, it has got a full-width tail-light bar that carries over at the rear and at the aggressive rear diffuser.

As for the interior, Audi E- Tron GT features Alcantara-wrapped flat-bottomed steering wheel, red contrast stitching, and RS-branded sports bucket seats.

Moreover, the car has a large infotainment screen integrated into the dashboard with physical climate controls mounted below. Besides them, the Audi E- Tron GT sports a novel switch-based gear selector along with the flagship RS E- Tron GT motors.

The EV’s 93.4kWh lithium-ion battery shared with the Taycan can produce 475kW of power and 830Nm of torque. As per the company’s claim, Audi E- Tron GT has a sub-3.5-second 0-100km/h sprint time.

Price and availability

Audi will be launching their Audi E- Tron GT on February 9, 2021. The car’s price is yet to be revealed, but we assume that it could have a price tag of above $100,000.
