Every smartphone manufacturer is on their prowl to bring to the market their respective top flagship smartphones in the second half of this year. Around this time, most companies also bring out middle-range smartphones. Recently, Vivo’s official Weibo account has quietly changed the cover image of its profile. In the newly uploaded picture, the name of a Vivo S10 is plastered on its front and backside.
Vivo’s official rendering announced that the upcoming smartphone will be a “flagship for thin and light selfies” focusing on natural soft light portrait selfies. The front side of the smartphone features a dual-camera structure which is a continuation of the design of the previous generation S9 front dual soft light. The back of the smartphone features a gradient color matching design and a matrix camera module. At the same time, the fuselage is extremely thin and light, showing a high-value flagship style.
Moreover, it has also been revealed that the new Vivo S10 series will be offered in two variants, S10 and S10 Pro. As the S series has always focused on selfies, this series will continue to adopt the front side design of dual cameras. However, the new models will be slimmer. A dual-camera structure and two micro-slit soft lights are added to the compact body structure. It only means that users will have everything necessary to get the best out of the night selfie in various light scenes. As for the rear camera module, the machine still uses a “cloud-level” design, in which the vivoS10 Pro version is equipped with a 108MP main camera.
The new flagship smartphone Vivo is expected to launch on 15 July 2021. Although important information about the details of its specs, and more importantly, the price range of the new smartphones are yet to be announced by the company.
