Twitter adds description for “Longer Video Uploads” for Blue subscribers

Twitter includes the description for the “Longer Video Uploads” for its Twitter Blue subscribers. This news filters to the public as Jane Manchun Wong, a tech blogger renowned for disclosing Silicon Valley’s unpublicized secrets, revealed the development in a tweet on Friday.

The Latest Developments
One of the latest experiments for Twitter Labs subscribers to try out includes the opportunity to upload longer videos. Twitter enthusiasts in countries where the Blue subscription operates can now upload footage up to 600 seconds in length. Meanwhile, users of the free conventional Twitter can only post videos of up to two minutes and twenty seconds in length.

Aside from the feature that affords users the opportunity to post longer footage, Twitter Blue subscribers can pin their favorite DMs above the “message” icon. However, the Pinned Conversations feature is only available for iOS devices.

Twitter Labs for Twitter Lovers
In recent times, Twitter has been testing a range of new features for its platform. Some of the new features might be engaging enough for Twitter lovers that will have the opportunity of testing these features first-hand.

To execute this intention of the social media platform, it created Twitter Labs, a new feature that allowed Twitter Blue subscribers to check out these new features before it gets public. The Twitter Labs feature lets Twitter Blue subscribers have early access to novel qualities and features that the social media giant wants to experiment with.

Twitter Blue is a paid premium subscription that affords users access to exclusive qualities like undoing a tweet 30 seconds before publishing. Additionally, Blue subscribers can convert threads into easy-to-read text in reader mode or organize bookmarks into folders.

The premium service is presently only operational in Australia and Canada at a fee of $3.49 Canadian Dollars or $4.49 Australian Dollars a month. The company hopes to expand the service in the nearest future. However, the company is yet to set a timeline for when the Twitter Blue subscription would extend to other nations.
